Walking around outside you will definitely notice the temperature rising. The clouds moving into the sky indicate a low pressure system because in high pressure there are few if any clouds. With low pressure comes warmer temps but also snow when it's this cold.

If you examine the above map to the front map from yesterday you'll notice that the high pressure from the north is being pushed west from the low pressure system that was over Colorado. The warmer temps will be much appreciated by all of Eau Claire but the snow being brought with them will most certainly not be.

For tomorrow much warmer temps maybe even into the low 30s (75% sure on that) with slightly higher winds (more than 5 mph). I predict this because of the low pressure front moving in which will bringing with it more tolerable winter weather.
